1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Nobuhiro Takatsu (the “Operator”) handles information relating to users of the mobile application “Futsal Board” (the “App”).
2. Information collected
Information sent from the App
- App launches, feature usage, interaction events, platform, first-use time, and similar usage data
- Device, operating system, App version, App instance identifier, and similar device and App data
- Crash logs, stack traces, device state at the time of a failure, and other diagnostics
- Screen views, taps, session information, and information used to reproduce and analyze usage
- IP address, device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, approximate device location, and diagnostics required for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention
The App does not provide account registration requiring a name or email address. It does not request permission for tracking under App Tracking Transparency or request personalized advertising. Google Mobile Ads may still process the information above for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Information generally stored on the device
Players, lines, text, saved layouts and animations, onboarding state, and generated images or videos are generally stored on your device. Unless you choose to share or export them, the App does not provide a feature that stores this content on the Operator’s server.
Real-time sharing sends board information between devices on the same local network. The fact that sharing was used and whether it succeeded may be sent as usage information.
Contact form information
- Inquiry category, platform, subject, and message
- Optional reproduction steps, environment details, and reply email address
When opened from the App, the form may be prefilled with the platform, App/build/OS version, display language, and the fact that it was opened from the App. You can edit or remove this information before submitting. A reply email address is optional.
Android waitlist information
- The email address you enter
No Google Account sign-in is required, and the email address associated with a Google Account is not automatically included.
3. Purposes of use
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the App
- Analyzing usage to improve usability and quality
- Detecting, investigating, and resolving defects, crashes, and misuse
- Displaying ads to free users and supporting delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention
- Managing advertising consent and privacy choices required by applicable law
- Handling and responding to inquiries
- Sending one release notification to Android waitlist subscribers
- Providing important notices about this Policy or the Terms
- Meeting legal obligations
4. External transmission and service providers
The App uses third-party services for analytics, quality improvement, advertising, and privacy choice management. Information may be processed or stored outside your country under each provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Usage events, device and App data, App instance identifiers, and related information for usage analysis and improvement.
Crash logs, stack traces, device and App data, installation identifiers, and related diagnostics for investigating failures.
Screen views, taps, session information, and device and App data for analyzing interaction patterns and usability.
IP address, device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Consent state, privacy choices, and device and App data for collecting and managing advertising choices.
Inquiry details, platform and environment data, optional reply address, and Android waitlist email address for handling submissions and release notification.
5. Access to device features
- Local network: real-time sharing with nearby devices
- Photo library: saving images and videos you create
- Network access: analytics, diagnostics, advertising, privacy choice management, and App updates
You can change permissions in device settings. Denying a permission may make the related feature partly or entirely unavailable.
6. Advertising and privacy choices
The App may display one interstitial ad when a free user exports a video on iPhone or iPad. Failure to load an ad, verify consent, or connect to the network does not make ad viewing a condition of export or saving. Pro users are not shown ads.
The App does not request personalized ads. In applicable regions, Google User Messaging Platform presents advertising choices. When required, choices can be reviewed or changed through “Ad privacy settings” in the App.
7. Disclosure to third parties
The Operator does not provide collected information to third parties without consent except where required by law, necessary to protect a person or property, or part of using the external services described in this Policy.
8. Retention and deletion
Information and inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, then deleted or anonymized. Android waitlist email addresses are deleted within a reasonable period after the notification. Third-party retention is governed by each provider. On-device information can be removed through App features, device settings, or uninstalling the App.
9. Security
The Operator uses reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or damage.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may be entitled to request access, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of personal information held by the Operator. Contact us below. Requests may not be fulfilled where the information cannot identify you or the law does not require action.
11. Changes to this Policy
The Operator may change this Policy in response to legal or App changes. Important changes will be announced clearly on this page or in the App.
